“She came into my life after ‘Meg 2: The Trench’ was released,” says Nationwide member Aarushi N. “The first movie, ‘The Meg,’ was one of my favorite ‘bad movies to watch for a laugh.’ Ever since that movie came out, I told myself I would name my next cat The Megalodon, both because of the movie and because I’m a big shark lover!”
Luckily, Aarushi’s cat-shark’s personality perfectly fit her wacky name. “She’s definitely as testy as one!” she says. “Of course, she’s a tortie, so she has that natural tortitude charm to her,” Aarushi says. “I don’t know what I’d consider wackier: The fact that she has three perfectly functional water fountains and still likes to lick the bottom of the tub and the sink for fun, or that every time I sit down to play video games, she actively knocks the controller out of my hands!”
