The odds makers in Las Vegas might have the San Francisco 49ers as the favorite to win the big game on Sunday, but according to the VPI database, the smart money is on the Baltimore Ravens.
We recently analyzed the company database of more than 485,000 insured pets to determine which of the Super Bowl participants had the most pet names associated with it. While the 49ers made it a competitive contest, they couldn’t match the 254 pets with the “Raven” moniker. Below is a full breakdown of the results:
ImageAmong the notable pet monikers in VPI’s database that were most likely inspired by Ravens and 49ers players, past and present, are “Suggs Lewis,” a mixed-breed dog named after the Ravens’ linebacking duo and “Montana Joe,” a vizsla named after the 49ers legendary quarterback.
