VPI was fast, efficient, and easy. I am so happy that I chose this company to cover my dog, Pedroia. When he accidentally split open his paw pad, I was able to chose to best care for him without worrying about cost. VPI gave me the ability to put him first, and my bank account second.

VPI does an excellent job...
I have had VPI for over 17 years and highly recommend them. They pay what they say they are going to payMost and don't play games like I have heard about other pet insurance companies. Even if I don't use it during the year, I am so glad that I have the coverage. I have the Major Medical Plan which is the best policy you can buy through VPI and they cover a lot of the bills.
I'm grateful for this coverage and it's a peace of mind that I have it. Every pet owner should have it. Most of my friends have it too and are very happy with VPI. The friends that don't have it, ALWAYS regret they didn't listen to me and get it when a huge Illiness or injury happens to their dog.
VPI...thank you for the peace of mind that you provide me and my dogs!

VPI is a LIFESAVER!!!
Our little Ozzie is such an important part of our family. We've had a few scary emergencies with our little guy, but having VPI insurance has brought some comfort and peace of mind. Submitting claims is exceptionally easy and the customer service we've received has been outstanding. I've recommended VPI to all of my pet-loving friends and family.

Worth the money
The policy almost pays for itself. Almost all of the charges from my vet for vaccinations, medications, and visits have been reimbursed to me already so I feel this insurance has almost paid for itself. Plus I have peace of mind knowing that my companion is covered. Also, the claims were submitted directly by my vet and the checks have arrived quickly in the mail making it super simple!

The Product That has great features
The features in the policy cover everything that I submit a claim for and then some....Definitely something I recommend for those who have a pet. Make sure you utilize all that the policy offers and you will be very happy!!! It's VERY NICE to get checks back a few weeks after a submission of a claim. Grateful Pet Parent
I could not possible express how much I appreciate and love working with VPI!!!! My little fur baby, Lady, had back surgery a month ago, and working with VPI to get the reimbursement for her surgery has been a relief from the stress. Every time I call, I talk to very friendly, knowledgeable and professional customer service reps. They have gone out of their way to give me every possible piece of information I need for a quick reimbursement, and have been so kind to ask how my dog is doing in her recovery. I wish my own health insurance company was this caring and concerned about my well-being! Without this insurance, my husband and I would have had a bit of a financial hardship, so we are extremely grateful that we have not only a helping hand financially when it comes to our dog's heatlh, but a caring provider!

Great coverage! Great Customer Service!
I am so impressed with VPI insurance. My labrador ,Jackson, has been dealing with severe allergies for years now and VPI insurance has taken care of all his needs. As he is only 4 yrs.old, when he recently herniated a disc in his back I really had no choice but to allow him to have surgery to correct the problem. If I didn't have VPI insurance it would have been an incredible financial burden. Not having to worry about the finances allowed me to concentrate on Jacksons' recovery. I am even more impressed that when renewal time came around ,he was allowed to renew! I deducted one star from the" coverage" rating only because the cost of surgery and post op care did exceed the maximum allowed by the insurance. beyond that..I love VPI!

Customer service is great but the only problem is waiting for the reimbursement. It takes them forever, submitted the claim on 11/01 and processed/accepted it on11/10. It's 11/21 and I still don't have my money.
After I take my dog to the dentist, I will cancel my policy. Takes too long to get my reimbursement.
