Dear VPI,

We could not be happier with the experiences we have had with this program. From the minor expenses to Duke’s ACL and cancer surgeries, and now the ongoing chemo treatment that Lucy is receiving, VPI has made it much easier knowing that all we need to worry about is getting them the best care.

Timeliness of claims being processed is very quick! We have often received the reimbursement before having to pay our credit card bill. We cannot thank you enough for the excellent service we have received.

I truly hope others with favorable experiences will speak out. There is nothing more comforting than having a puppy curled up on your lap and knowing that you’ll be able to provide the best care for him.
