Enter your policy number
Be sure to type your policy number exactly as it appears on your policy. For example, if your policy number is C-1XXXX, it must be entered with the letter and the dash, without spaces.
Try a different Internet browser
If you are using Safari to create your account, you might experience technical difficulties during the initial setup. Try another browser, such as Firefox (available for free download), to create your account. Once your account has been successfully created, you’ll be able to log on using Safari.
Use the correct phone number
When creating your Policyholder Portal account, you must enter the telephone number that is currently on file for your policy.
Spell your name as you would like it to appear
Enter your name as you want it to appear on your online account. If you would like to change an incorrect spelling on your actual policy, please contact Customer Care.
